Wandering in Northern India

From the marvelous land of spice I have experienced quite a bit of it, eating almost everything placed in front of me. Paranthas, masalas,  thalis, and the blessed steamed momo, a beautifully light vegetable dumpling with amazing chili sauces that they can be dipped in. I would eat the momos everyday if I could!

 But today, today I scream for ginger, one of the best, worldwide herbs to settle nausea and calm an upset stomach. Thankfully finding ginger lemon tea and an avocado to tame the Delhi belly was not far to be found. 


I found myself quite nauseated and the smells were getting to me, lavender and eucalyptus were helpful. Eucalyptus doubles as a bug repellant which is a must have in my travel pack. Camphor is also another essential oil that helps with nausea to headaches that can usually be found while traveling.

    I wanted a venue to share my thoughts on what I have learned and lived  in life. 

Wild Seed Holistic Health respectfully acknowledges that we work, live & play in the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. This territory is covered by the “Treaties of Peace and Friendship” which Mi’kmaq Wəlastəkwiyik (Maliseet), and Passamaquoddy Peoples first signed with the British Crown in 1726. The treaties did not deal with surrender of lands and resources but in fact recognized Mi’kmaq and Wəlastəkwiyik (Maliseet) title and established the rules for what was to be an ongoing relationship between nations.
