What that looks like
First Appointment
- After completing an initial Intake Form and a 1 week Food & Mood Tracker returning these to the office we will set an appointment, during this time we will meet and review health history, goals, preferences, diet, lifestyle habits, and any other information that build a holistic outlook towards your path to wellness.
- During this first appointment we will set clear goals and a map out what holistic health means to achieving your goals and start to implement some actionable steps to better health. This might include nutrition, stress management, movement, and lifestyle habits.
- Depending on what your goals are and pace you are comfortable with, you will be set up with resources and tools that fit your unique needs. This might be meal plans and grocery lists, recipes resources for dietary needs, stress reduction techniques, Ideas on lowering environmental toxins in your life, or holistic pain management resources to name just a few.
- You will leave with direction and excitement to start your journey, knowing you have science based advice and support all the way.
Second Appointment
- We will follow up with recommendations and print-outs building on what is already being implemented. Checking on what is working and what struggles you might be having. Answering questions, adjusting pace and evaluating measurable improvements.
- This follow up appointment is best suited to be 1-2 weeks after the initial appointment to stay on track and build on something good.
Third & Fourth Appointment
Remote appointments
- Now that you are on your way with a plan and focus, these 2 appointments are telephone/skype follow ups for ease of scheduling. Knowing that I am here to support you all the way, the first and second week after the 2nd appointment for any questions and direction, re-evaluating, and continuing the actionable steps to wellness .

Ignite Cooking Series
A spring boost to ignite your passion for better health and wellness in life. This session deals with navigating new foods in a plant based kitchen, inspirational ideas and new recipes that are quick, easy to prepare, and wholesome. You don't have to be new to a plant-based whole foods lifestyle , or just wanting new inspiration.
Have a chance to ask your questions to an Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant and stay inspired with new and delicious recipes and meal plans. Whether that is gluten free, soy free, grain free, or no oil; we can work with your unique needs.
This session is an hour and a half cooking lesson, including 1 whole foods dinner prep with leftovers and 1 whole foods lunch prep with leftovers for the week. inspired by lighter spring meals and fresh ingredients to suit your dietary needs. Recipes, and ingredients supplied. Nutrition and budgetary ideas included and it comes with an additional free 5 day whole foods plant-based meal plan with easy to follow instructions to keep your energy in and out of the kitchen ignited.

Root Movements
Slow Flow Hatha Yoga Series; Small group settings, these Yoga session will focus on slow and gentle body movement through postures, alignment & breath awareness, and grounding meditation. A supporting atmosphere that will allow you to truly find your flow.
